Lou Pereira - Chief Executive Officer

Prior to founding PMA, Lou Pereira was VP of client services at Impress Software. He led a global team of integration consultants and support engineers, delivering complex and value-added SAP integration solutions to the Global 1000. Lou spent several years as a senior director of product marketing with Lawson Software. He was responsible for the vision, design and development of Lawson’s services automation, time, expense and portfolio management products. An accounting major, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bridgewater State College. He earned a post-graduate certificate in employee benefits and pension accounting at Bentley College.

Pete Henry joined PMA after spending 10 years gaining enterprise application experience with roles ranging from implementation to product management. Prior to joining PMA, Pete was the director of professional services at Impress Software. Previous to that, he was a product manager for Lawson Software. He had responsibility for services automation, time and expense management, portfolio management, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance management and training automation solutions. Through his tenure at Lawson, Pete progressed through the services organization as a project manager and consulting services manager prior to his work in product management. He joined Lawson via their acquisition of Account4, where he was an implementation manager. At Account4/Lawson, Pete was responsible for such successful marquee clients as Cisco Systems, Washington Mutual, Schlumberger, Northrop Grumman IT and Verizon. Peter holds a BFA from New York University.

Mary Talcherkar - Vice President of Customer Support

Prior to founding PMA, Mary was the director of support services at Impress Software. She led a global team of support engineers, delivering support services to Impress customers in the enterprise project management and geo spatial technology markets to the Global 1000. Mary also spent several years as a senior development manager with Lawson Software. She had responsibility for the technical designs and development for Lawson’s services automation, time and expense and portfolio management products. Mary graduated from Tufts University.

Jeff Shoneman - Vice President of Product

Jeff brings more than a decade of software development and product management experience to the PMA team. Prior to joining PMA, he was the director of architecture in the HR/Payroll Outsourcing division at Fidelity Investments and was responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of the timekeeping systems for all large sized clients with greater than 10,000 users. As a part of this role, he owned the five year technology roadmap, which included capacity forecasts, software and hardware upgrades for both the timekeeping, and learning management systems. Prior to his work at Fidelity Investments, he held the role of product manager of Platform and Integration at where he was responsible for the architecture and 3rd party integration strategy for their next generation HR product. Prior to that, Jeff managed the development team responsible for the creation of the Infor Lawson Time, Expense and Project Management products. While he is not busy developing software for PMA, Jeff enjoys golfing, kayaking and spending time with his family. Jeff graduated from Lehigh University with a BS and an MS degree in Chemistry.
